Office Staff


John Tracy
President
John is the President and Owner of Tracon Construction, LLC. He entered the general construction industry in 2002. He started entry level running blueprints and soliciting subcontractors, and from there he worked in estimating, project management, and business development. His background makes him very knowledgable in every aspect of the industry.
John highly values people and building relationships. This is something that has helped him be successful over his years in the industry; and has made this a high expectation for all team members.
John has been married for 23 years and is the proud dad of two children. He is an avid Dallas Mavericks fan.
Jennifer Tracy
Vice President
Jennifer is the Vice President of Tracon Construction, LLC. She is responsible for accounts payable and receivable. She also works with owners to develop design layouts and finish selections.
She has a background in healthcare which has proven beneficial with Tracon in her attention to detail, critical thinking, and importance of safety and prevention.
Jennifer is married to John and the mother of their children, Riley and Ralen. She enjoys spending time with their family, traveling, and watching the Dallas Mavericks.

Riley Tracy
Project Manger
Riley started in the construction industry in 2018; and started with Tracon in March 2021. With Tracon Riley has learned several different aspects of the trade. He started in the office soliciting bidders before moving into the field as an on-site superintendent. He is now back in the office using his knowledge as a Project manager.
Riley brings a lot of assets to Tracon; he is a team player, has great attention to detail, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality results on every project he is involved with.
Outside of work, Riley enjoys staying active by playing basketball and exploring new places through travel. He also cherishes spending quality time with his loved ones.

Graham Danziger
Project Manger
Graham joined Tracon Construction in 2026 as a Project Manager, bringing experience managing wide range of commercial construction projects. His background includes overseeing Costco remodels and additions, ranging from restroom and bakery renovations to full building expansions. Throughout his career, Graham has managed projects through every phase, from preconstruction and planning to final closeout.
Graham believes strong client and subcontractor relationships are the foundation of every successful project. He is known for his attention to detail, proactive communication, and commitment to delivering high-quality results safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Outside of work, Graham enjoys golfing, following baseball and football, and spending time with his family and dogs.

Lauren Tracy
Office Manager/Project Coordinator
Lauren earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of North Texas. She joined Tracon in 2025, beginning as an intern while completing her degree before transitioning to a full time role after graduation.
As Office Manager and Project Coordinator, Lauren supports a wide range of company operations, including project coordination, facility management, office administration, and overseeing Tracon's social media presence.
In Lauren's free time she enjoys spending time with her fiance, friends, and two dogs.

Roby Robinson
Bid Coordinator
Roby joined the Tracon team in 2026. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Texas at Tyler.
As part of Tracon's Pre-Construction Department, Roby manages the bidding process. His background in residential construction and land development helps him understand the relationship between pre-construction planning, competitive bidding, and efficient project execution.
Outside of work, Roby enjoys spending time with family and friends, and playing golf.

In Field Superintendents

David Glasgow
Superintendent
David has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. He has a background in general construction, millwork, superintending, and project management.
David has been working with Tracon since 2019. David works hard to complete jobs at their highest standard; he pays attention to details and organization; and works well with others to coordinate jobs in order to complete the job on time or even early.
Outside of work, David enjoys activities such as playing men's league softball and is an avid collector of sports cards and memorabilia. He enjoys traveling and searching out new adventures in his free time.

John Morrison
Superintendent
John joined the Tracon team March 2022. He has extensive knowledge in commercial construction including remodels and ground-up projects. John is great at building relationships with everyone he comes in contact with; this has made him a valuable asset to the team.
Outside of work John enjoys spending time with his wife, his adult children, and his many animals on his ranch.

Baldemar Rios
Superintendent
Baldemar started with Tracon in November 2025. He started as a superintendent after receiving a degree in Construction Management. Baldemar has extensive experience leading ground up and tenant improvement projects. He prides himself as being a strong leader, problem solver, detail oriented, and committed to quality and safety. He ensure every project is completed to the highest standard possible and with great client satisfaction. Baldemar lives by three simple words of "Faith, Family, & Hard Work Ethic".
Outside of work Baldemar enjoys spending time with his wife and their golden retriever, Apollo. He enjoys traveling and exploring new places. He is also a big fan of the San Antonio Spurs.



Nathan George
Superintendent
Nathan George joined Tracon in December 2025 with 12 years of residential and commercial construction experience,
Nathan has built a reputation for delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget through proactive planning, clear communication, and strong field leadership.
Driven by a hands-on leadership style and a commitment to excellence, Nathan works closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and project teams to overcome challenges and keep projects moving efficiently. He takes pride in building lasting relationships while consistently delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
Alan Welchert
Superintendent
Alan joined Tracon as a superintendent and enjoys being involved in every phase of the construction process, from the early stages of a project through completion. He works closely with project teams to keep jobs running smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on organization and quality.
In his free time, Alan enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, Lexi, as well as his family, friends, and English Bulldog, Zeus. He also enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and staying active at the gym.
