MEET THE TEAM

John Tracy
President
​
John is the President and Owner of Tracon Construction, LLC. He entered the general construction industry in 2002. He started entry level running blueprints and soliciting subcontractors, and from there he worked in estimating, project management, and business development. His background makes him very knowledgable in every aspect of the industry.
​
John has been married for 22 years and is the proud dad of two children.

Jennifer Tracy
Vice President
​
Jennifer is the Vice President of Tracon Construction, LLC. She is responsible for accounts payable and receivable. She also works with owners to develop design layouts and finish selections.
​
Jennifer is married to John and the mother of their children, Riley and Ralen.

Riley Tracy
Project Manger
​
Riley started in the construction industry in 2018; and started with Tracon in March 2021. With Tracon Riley has learned several different aspects of the trade. He started in the office soliciting bidders before moving into the field as an on-site superintendent. He is now back in the office using his knowledge as a Project manager.
​
Riley brings a lot of assets to Tracon; he is a team player, has great attention to detail, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality results on every project he is involved with.
​
Outside of work, Riley enjoys staying active by playing basketball and exploring new places through travel. He also cherishes spending quality time with his loved ones.

Tyler Clayborn
Pre Construction Administrator

Tyler joined Tracon in October 2024 after graduating with his Bachelors in Business from Stephen F Austin State University.
​
Tyler is over the Pre Construction Department and is responsible for project bidding, contracts, and all tasks leading up to construction start.
​
When Tyler is not at work he values staying active through running, basketball, and pickleball. He also enjoys spending time with his friends and family.

Cyndi Brezina
Business Development​​
​
Cyndi joined Tracon in 2024. Her extensive experience in business development and client relations has been a great addition to our team and to the growth of Tracon.
​
Cyndi is happily married with two adult children.

Lauren Volmer
Social Media Manager
​
Lauren is currently finishing up her Bachelor Degree in Business at The University of North Texas. She joined Tracon in 2025.
​
In Lauren's free time she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, friends, and two dogs.

Steven Carroll
Superintendent​​
​
Steven joined Tracon in July 2024. He started in the office in the bidding department and was quickly moved into the field as an on-site superintendent. Steven brings a lot of assets to the team with his past experience in the construction industry.

Steven is happily married with three adult children.

David Glasgow
Superintendent
​
David has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. He has a background i general construction, millwork, superintending, and project management.
David has been working with Tracon since 2019. David works hard to complete jobs at their highest standard; he pays attention to details and organization; and works well with others to coordinate jobs in order to complete the job on time or even early.
​
Outside of work, David enjoys activities such as playing men's league softball and is an avid collector of sports cards and memorabilia. He enjoys traveling and searching out new adventures in his free time.

John Morrison
Superintendent

John joined the Tracon team March 2022. He has extensive knowledge in commercial construction including remodels and ground-up projects.

Steve Sohl
Superintendent
​
Steve has worked with Tracon since September 2019. Steve has a lot of in-field construction experience including framing, drywall, and finishes; as well as supervising.
